Wild Rice!

Ahoy Pirates!

I hope you're having an awesome weekend so far, I know I am! I've had more time to level and catch up on a few things. I've been trying to level a few nautical levels because I'm behind from where I'm supposed to be at this point in the game. I'm also trying to buy gold so I can buy a better ship and equipment in Mooshu... You'll know why I really need to raise my nautical level and buy that new ship after this blog post.. Before I tell you where I've been questing recently, I'm going to talk a little about the last blog post I published. :)

On my last post, I found out I had to help the Yakooza by defeating a governor that had unfair taxes on villagers in Yagiziwa Village, Mooshu. After I defeated Governor Nakamura, I returned all of the gold from the unfair taxes to the villagers. After returning the gold, I sailed back to the Yakooza Lair to tell the leader of the Yakooza the good news. Oyabun Shingen, the leader of the Yakooza, told me that I couldn't talk to Egg Foo Yung until I was done helping them with the few things they needed. Oyabun told me he needed me to sail to Sujimura Village and talk to one of his henchmen to find out how to deal with one of the Yakooza's enemies, the powerful warlord, General Tso.

After talking to the Yakooza leader, I had to sail to Sujimura Village to find one of Oyabun's henchmen, Yuji. Once I arrived, Yuji told me that General Tso's army takes rice from the villagers and he needs help sinking General Tso's Army ships in order to get the rice back so the villagers don't starve. Today's quest required me to find, sink and collect four Wild Rice supplies from Tso Warships in the Khoton Skyway. Remember what I mentioned above about my nautical level and not enough gold for a new ship? Well, this area wasn't a nice area to be in that position but I found a way around that issue. :D

I had to sink four or more of these ships if I didn't collect the Wild Rice from the Tso Warships. I had to sink about six of these ships since I didn't collect the rice a few times. Sinking the first three were pretty easy since I found a spot where the other ships in the images below couldn't get to me. I decided to sail somewhere else and attack another ship in a different area and other ships ended up casting attacks too. Fighting more than one ship means your ships health will decrease and you'll have to fight the enemies on their pirate ships. If you don't want to fight the enemies with full health, try to lower their ships health as low as possible and that will also lower the enemies health on the ship so you don't have to fight them with their full health. I promise you'll have your pirate and companions will have full health if you do end up doing this. :) You can do this with any other ship you're trying to sink and they end up pulling you in. I think that little trick made collecting the wild rice a lot easier. Well.. that's all I have today! We still have a few more things to do for the Yakooza.. I hope you stick around to see what they are. Until then, I'll see you around the skyways!

Returning Gold!

Ahoy Pirates!

It's been about a week since I made a new Pirate101 blog post! I promise I haven't forgot about Pirate101 and I still love the game. :D I wanted to make a post about one of my swashbuckler's quest for about a week. I'm happy to announce I'm finally going to make that post today! :P

My last blog post was a lead in to this post so I'm going to discuss what happened on my last post. I haven't been in Mooshu long, and my last post was about doing my first quest to find Egg Foo Yung to find the other piece of the El Dorado map. I found out Egg was taken prisoner by the Yakooza. I was sent to Shiro Kujo, part of the Yakooza, and he wanted help with a few things before he would help me talk to Egg. I had to steal gold from the Emperor of Mooshu by sinking Marleybone ships. After helping Shiro, he sent me to the Lair of the Yakooza to speak to the leader of the Yakooza. I ended my last post with that. I had to speak to the Yakooza leader to see if I could speak to Egg Foo Yung to see if he had the other piece of the map to El Dorado.

After arriving in the Yakooza lair, the leader of the Yakooza, Oyabun Shingen, said he wouldn't let me speak to Egg Foo Yung unless I help the Yakooza. I also found out that the Yakooza were not bad and only meant to help the poor. The leader sent me to Yagiziwa Village to talk to Kennosuke and Kennosuke then sent me to Hidenari to talk about how to end the unfair taxes against villagers by defeating the Governor Nakamura. I almost forgot that it was a dungeon, so I wasn't worried since I thought I only had to defeat a boss.. I thought that until I found the gates!

This dungeon, Governor's Terrace, was not an easy dungeon to solo. I really do enjoy posts where I can say that I defeat every enemy with no problem, but this time wasn't the case. Long story short.. I was defeated... KIDDING! I was worried during a battle with a mob so I ended up buying a witchdoctor minion from the crowns shop so I knew I would make it through the dungeon. There were three or four mobs you had to fight and the health ranged from 1300-1900 health. The minions in the crowns shop are very useful and I love that you don't have to worry about the minions using the wrong attacks because after you buy them you get to use the attacks you want from them! You've heard it many times from me, but I'll say it again... The minions on Pirate101 are AWESOME!

The last fight was not much easier but I didn't need to buy a crowns shop minion since I had the right companions for the fight. I didn't have to defeat Governor Nakamura, only a few of his henchmen. After I defeated his henchmen, he surdered and I got to return all of the gold that he took from the villagers! I think that returning the gold was the most exciting part of it, but I had to return the  gold to many villagers around the village. That governor made a huge mistake, I feel bad for the sheep above.. who would hurt this little sheep? Well.. I'm glad they have their gold again! :P That's it for today! Thank you all for reading my blog posts, it really does mean a lot to me. Until my next post, I'll see you around the skyways!

I love Mooshu!

Ahoy Pirates,

I hope you're having a great Wednesday. Everyone reading should be getting out of class for Summer and playing Pirate101 right? If not, you'll make it through, I promise! When you do get out of class, I think we need to have an event or two on the game.. I might have one this weekend for all of the pirates out of class already, I'll release more details about that soon. In the mean time, I'm going to make new blog posts for you to read such as my posts about my swashbuckler's adventures through Pirate101's Mooshu. :D

Last week, I made a post about finally making it through the end of Cool Ranch by fighting Deacon and finally finding Captain Blood's treasure and his piece of the Map to El Dorado.. You know, the Island made of Gold! :O I had to travel to Mooshu because I found out that several other pirates around the Spiral had a piece of the map to El Dorado. Avery was going to go to Catbeard and see if he could get a piece from him and I had to travel to Mooshu to try to find Egg Foo Yung, another pirate that had a piece of the map.

I had to sail to Hamamitsu Garden, Mooshu to see if I could find Egg Foo Yung but didn't have any luck finding him there. I found out that Egg Foo Yung was a prisoner. Zhu Ro said he would help me if I help him get a Statue from a shipwreck and then present the statue to Sosei Wearu so he could give him a permit to sale noodles... :P Zhu Ro sent me to Shiro Kujo since he might be able to help me see Egg Foo Yung since he works for the Yakooza. Shiro Kujo wanted me to steal the Emperor's Gold from Marleybone Ships. The ships were not difficult to sink, especially since I bought new ship equipment at the Hamamitsu Docks! :D After I was done sinking the ships he told me he would help transport me to the Lair of the Yakooza in Khotan Skyway so I could ask for access to speak to Yung from the Yakooza leader. That's where I'm going to end my blog post today.. :D It was getting to the good part.. Are you enjoying posts like the ones I've been making? Make sure to click on one of the reactions below so I know you still like reading posts like this one here! Thank you again for reading. Oh and before I forget... I have a contest where I'm giving away a ton of crowns, make sure to enter that one! I'm also going to announce a Scrip/NXP Farming Party soon which will also have Crowns! I hope you all also check that post out (when it's released). That's it for this post.. Until next time, I hope to see you around the skyways!

Edward Cringle Makes It To Mooshu!

Ahoy Pirates!

By now, you should know that I'm back and will be making many new blog posts! I also wanted you to know that the Kingsisle Community Team accepted my Pirate101 fansite application so I'm an official Pirate101 site again. I really want to thank Tom, Leala and whoever else was behind me becoming a fansite again! I also want to thank all of you for your support over the many years I've been making not only Pirate101 posts, but also Wizard101 posts. I'm greatful and can't wait to make so many blog posts about the game. I think it's time for me to show everyone that there's a lot of amazing things to do on Pirate101 and we don't need a new world right away to make us play the game! One thing I'm looking forward to is leveling Edward Cringle again.. :D

I'm sure by now you would think I'd be in Marleybone or even Aquila... The truth is, I didn't really level my character as much as I wanted to because I kept thinking I didn't have time when I did. I am going to continue my Swashbuckler blog posts as I did in the past! Okay... lets talk about what I did today and start out on a fresh start.. Today I had to find Captain Blood's treasure in the spooky Motherload Mine. There was an explosion, a fight with Deacon and at long last Captain Blood's treasure and hopefully the next piece of the Map to El Dorado! :D

Had to remove some rocks blocking the way to Captain Blood's treasure.

Deacon thought I was too weak to defeat him... I don't think so!

After I was done, had to look through Captain Blood's treasure for the piece of El Dorado Map!

The fight with Deacon wasn't hard since I had help from a Witchdoctor minion from the Crowns Shop. My past experiences were not as easy so I say you have friends or a minion from the Crowns Shop to help you win the fight since armada soldiers do reappear and get in the way to protect Deacon. After the fight, we found the missing piece of an El Dorado map and one of my parents were actually in El Dorado with a group of seven pirates, a few of them being Catbeard and Egg Foo Young have been to El Dorado and might have the pieces of the Map. I finally made it to Mooshu today which was a lot of fun since I have been Cool Ranch for about a year! I'm going to make regular posts about my Swashbuckler every week (as much as I can), so I hope you stick around for this new adventure! :D Thank you for reading!

My new ship! :D

Edward Cringle VS Miranda Dungeon! (Part 1)

Ahoy Pirates!

It's been about 3 months since I last made a post about my swashbuckler! I can't believe I haven't leveled a character on Pirate101 for that long. I am happy to announce that I finally had time to log onto the game today and complete a quest! Today I got to quest through a huge dungeon in Pirate101, the Miranda! My swashbuckler had to be ready for this dungeon so I made sure my companions were at the right level, had the weapons and gear I needed, and had time to quest through the dungeon. I'm officially on my Christmas break, I had plenty of time to quest through this dungeon. :D

It's been months since I leveled on the game, so I'm not going to mention exactly what I did on my last blog post. I will tell you why I quested in the Miranda today though. I had to quest through the Miranda today to find certain cards to take away Captain Blood's immortality. I later found out that the cards were located in the Miranda dungeon and I had to enter the dungeon (with Blood's hand) so I could play the cards so Death could win and take away his immortality so I could take Blood's treasure. The dungeon wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, so I had a lot of fun today! (I think KI fixed this dungeon for the right level)..

Once I arrived in the dungeon I had to fight a few enemies which wasn't difficult to talk about and that's why I didn't include any picture of them. :P After I defeated the enemies I had to talk to a card dealer in a Saloon and he told me I needed to find the cards before I could play. My first quest required me to talk to Father Ryan in a General Store. I had to look for pages of a Bible that were scattered all over Miranda. After I found all of the pages, I talked to Father Ryan and he gave me the first card. :D This quest wasn't that bad, was it? :D The second easy quest wasn't that bad.. all I had to do on my second quest was talk to Mr. Hockley. He said he would give me the second card if I found his crewmen and give them a proper burial.

The quest above wasn't a hard quest to complete and didn't require any fights. I think this is where I'm going to end my first post since I don't want the posts being longer than they should be. I'll make another blog post soon! This next post might not show any easy quests. :D I hope you're ready for some fights! I'm happy to be playing Pirate101 and blogging about it again! Until next time (or my next post (Part 2), I'll see you around the spiral. :D Wow... I haven't said that in how long? :D
